woo... haha, my 'daughter' asked me how many hours a day i was studying that day... i thought about it and realised it was easier to ask 'how many hours a day i was sleeping' :P haha... was up nearly all day and night mugging for my test on wednesday morn in between training sessions and all that i realised i only slept 4 hours in those 2 days... following up on that momentum i eventually went on to sleep 9hrs in 4 days! haha...okaez, realised i really needed to go home and get proper rest while during training yesterday... as graham was counting down from 20 to start the 1000m set i nearly fell asleep at the start line haha...

hmmm, not much has happened since the last post... think the thing that has struck me the most this week was how hard miscommunication can harm us... heh, my daughter was explaining this diagram to me the other day: one circle is labelled "What happens" the other is labelled "What you think happens" and how disaster tends to strike when these circles do not coincide... haha, her precise words were "destroy yourself"... funny how she shared that with me at such an appropriate time, right after i had 'destroyed' myself... over the weekend, i misunderstood what one of my friends was telling me over msn (cause notice how you can't express different tones over the net?) and hmmm, adopted my own variation and naturally blew it out of proportion... long story short, hurtful things were said, tantrums were threw and emotions were brought for a rollercoaster ride... i'm just really glad that thats been sorted out and yah, Lord, i've learnt my lesson... thanx again for giving me this chance to pick up my cross once more :)
